Southdown has stunning views as it looks down over the city of Bath.
There are a range of houses including terraced and semi-detached houses.
There are some students living there as well as many families and elderly residents.
The number 10 bus runs every 15 minutes during the day from Southdown to the city centre, and then every 20 minutes at night. It takes just over 15 minutes on the bus depending on what time of day you travel.
There is no direct service to the Universities. The number 10 runs through Oldfield Park, so you can jump off, and jump onto the 418 or 18 bus service to either Bath Spa University of University of Bath. You can also get the U18 from the city centre to the University of Bath.
