
Weston is a suburb of Bath located in the north west of the city built into the hilly landscape. Originally a separate village, Weston has become part of Bath as the city has grown.
Weston is an ideal area because it has a number of facilities readily available. It is close to the centre of Bath, but retains its own charm. Weston is a vibrant area of Bath, popular with students and with several public houses.
Weston has a large amount of local amenities, including a recreation ground, library and parish hall and youth club. It has a good amount of shops including a bakery, butcher, supermarket, post office, pharmacy and newsagents. There is also a fruit & vegetable shop, hairdressers, an oriental food store, a coffee shop, restaurants, a take-away and even a dairy!
Bus service 418/18 goes along past The Weston pub every 10 mins to both Universities and into the city centre.
The 20A has an hourly service which runs into the city centre and the University of Bath. There is also bus service 17 every half an hour and 14 every 10/15 minutes, which both run into the city centre.
